CANCELATIONS / NO CALL NO SHOW •No shows won’t be able to book again , please let me know at least 24-48 hrs before appointment time . SAME DAY CANCELLATION / NO CALL NO SHOW YOU WILL BE CHARGED 90 %OF YOUR SERVICE!!!! •Canceling 48hrs before initial appointment you can reschedule once with same deposit. • Canceling within the 24hrs of your appointment you will be charged a fee . •If you decide to cancel and not rebook your appointment asap the deposit will withstand 2-3days anytime after the deposit will be forfeited. All deposits are NONE REFUNDABLE Once booking with me you agree to the policy . After hours / before hours: • any time before 9:30am will be a small fee * Anytime after 5pm will be a small fee Please note my normal business hours are listed on the site LATE POLICY : There’s no late fee After 10mins of being late your appointment will be cancelled DEPOSITS •Deposit Is non refundable ! •It is reusable only one time • deposit is only reusable if you reschedule before 24 hr time frame . Not in the 24hrs . BEFORE 24hrs. • once again All deposits are NONE REFUNDABLE once you book you agree to the policy. FILLS If you wait more than 3 weeks to get a fill we will need to book you for a returning client full set as most people’s lashes last 2-3 weeks. If you book a refill and your lashes are less than the refill requirements 50% please contact me soon as possible to reschedule to a new appointment If you decide to come to your booked appointment with less than refill requirements your appointment will be cancelled unpon arrival and you will be charged . Please note too many refills on one set may cause unusual shedding once your tech let you know you need you’ll need a new set and old lashes removed please book your next appointment as explained. Only 2-3 refills per set ! If set isn’t being properly taken care of • IF YOUR FILL ISN’T A REFILL YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A FULL SET . • IF ONE EYE IS MISSING WAY MORE THAN THE OTHER YOU WILL BE UPCHARGED 5-10 depending on how much have fallen . Reminders : Please refrain from any caffeine prior to appointment as this causes the eyes to twitch and makes application hard. No gum chewing while lashes are being applied No phone use during appointment. Refills should be booked between 2-3 weeks anything after three weeks is a FULL SET. No extra guest at any time. Come with lashes 100% clean of any mascara, oils, dirt . IF you have a fallout of lashes in 24hrs of getting serviced please contact me , after 24hrs please book a refill or mini fill I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS FOR ANY REASONS .
